Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the development and refinement of Group strategy, strategic priorities, roadmaps, and annual strategic plans.
• Translate strategic priorities into initiatives, action plans, milestones, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct strategic assessments to identify business opportunities, gaps, risks, and areas requiring management attention.
• Maintain execution trackers for Group-wide strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies, and agreed deliverables.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, customer, and macroeconomic research relevant to the Group's businesses.
• Perform benchmarking and comparative analysis to identify market trends, competitive positioning, and strategic opportunities.
• Analyse business performance, operational and commercial data, and key corporate indicators.
• Prepare high-quality strategy papers, management reports, dashboards, briefing materials, and presentations for senior management, EXCOM, and Board discussions.
• Work closely with business units, functional teams, and initiative owners on strategic priorities and corporate initiatives.

Job description

The Associate, Corporate Strategy supports the development and execution of the Group's strategic priorities through strategic analysis, performance monitoring, market and business intelligence, and cross-functional coordination. The role is responsible for independently managing assigned strategic workstreams, analyzing business and market information, developing management insights and recommendations, and supporting the translation of corporate priorities into executable initiatives. Working closely with the Lead of Corporate Strategy, senior management, business units, and support functions, the Executive will contribute to strategic planning, business performance reviews, management reporting, and the execution of Group-wide strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities
