Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Malaysia seeks a Manager, Corporate Planning to drive strategic planning, performance management, and governance across KPIs and budgets. You will consolidate leadership reports and engage stakeholders for corporate initiatives, including growth projects and acquisitions.

The role requires advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, 8–10 years of relevant experience, and strong communication. This is a senior corporate planning position aligned with company-wide frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CFA, etc.).
• 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance Management: support development and execution of strategic plans aligning with company goals and frameworks.
• KPI / KRI Governance & Budgeting Oversight: manage MTBP budgeting and KPI/KRI setting with monitoring across timeframes.
• Corporate Reporting & Business Analysis: consolidate and deliver management reports integrating financial and operational data for executives.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: liaise with internal divisions and external stakeholders for presentations and strategic initiatives.
• Strategic Projects & Future Growth Initiatives: lead special projects including profit-visualization and value chain expansion, with ad-hoc reporting.

About the job Manager, Corporate Planning

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance Management

• Support the development and execution of strategic plans, action plans and performance assessments in alignment with company-wide goals and frameworks like Hoshin, MTBP and GPM.

2. KPI / KRI Governance & Budgeting Oversight

• MTBP budgeting process and corporate KPI / KRI setting, including regular monitoring and analysis of performance metrics across all timeframes.

3. Corporate Reporting & Business Analysis

• Consolidate and deliver insightful management reports and presentations, integrating financial and operational performance data to support executive decision-making.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the key liaison for internal divisions and external stakeholders, supporting corporate presentations / events, strategic communications and initiatives such as business ventures or acquisitions.

5. Strategic Projects & Future Growth Initiatives

• Support and lead special projects including profit-visualization and mid-term value chain expansion strategies, while managing ad-hoc reporting and corporate exercises.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any equivalent qualification or Professional Qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CFA & etc).
• Minimum 8 10 years of working experience in related fields.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Strong command in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words.
• Knowledge in Data Analysis Tools would be an extra advantage.
