Job Purpose: Facilitate the development of the Enterprise Strategic Agenda & gather and compile relevant data to support decision-making.

Main Accountabilities

• Facilitate and provide support on the formulation of Enterprise Strategic Agenda
• Develop probable timeline for the business planning exercise
• Provide administrative support to all corporate programs under Corporate Strategy
• Provide support on presentation material and board papers finalization
• Provide performance monitoring support
• Compilation of the Enterprise Strategic Agenda implementation progress data
• Compilation of Asset Performance Data from relevant data owners and update the centralize database
• Provide support in upkeeping and running the portfolio model by updating the model with up-to-date and correct data and run the portfolio model with probable scenarios as indicated by the Management
• Compile progress updates on the risk mitigation actions implemented
• Provide support on the upkeeping and updating the BSC Model with the approved Management KPIs and Targets of which to be cascaded to the Management
• Compile and analyze BSC progress data for performance monitoring and updates to the Management
• Provide support on developing and executing communication plan on Enterprise Strategic Agenda to provide clarity and understanding to all stakeholders

Requirements

• Possess strong financial modeling skills for business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, with exposure to corporate strategy development including business plan creation and strategic initiative execution.
• Experience in analyzing key business metrics and contributing to management discussions is essential, along with the ability to participate effectively in Board-level strategy sessions and Away Days, translating financial analysis into actionable strategic insights for senior leadership.
• Having previous exposure in strategy and corporate planning role and process would be an added advantage
• Minimum bachelor's degree in real estate/accounting/finance/business
• 2 to 5 years' work experience in property/corporate planning/strategy field
