• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Keen interest in the insurance, risk management or superannuation sectors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn industry-specific software
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive approach to professional development and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Preferred: Relevant internship experience, risk management certifications or prior exposure to consulting environments

Responsibilities
