As a Management Trainee, you will support risk consulting projects, conduct research and data analysis, engage with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve services.

Responsibilities

• Support risk consulting projects by conducting research, data analysis and client engagement under senior guidance
• Assist in developing risk assessment reports and recommendations for insurance and superannuation clients
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and service delivery
• Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication and follow-up
• Engage in formal training, mentoring and on-the-job learning
