Job summary

LTH Group Asia in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Management Trainee for a full-time, on-site role based in Seremban. The trainee will undergo structured training and mentorship to develop knowledge in financial consultation and client engagement, supporting advisory activities and learning financial planning concepts.

Trainees will participate in company training, develop communication and relationship skills, and work closely with experienced advisors to gain hands-on industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
• Team collaboration, time management, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
