Job summary

Hytech Malaysia is seeking a capable project manager to lead marketing campaigns from scoping through planning, execution and post-launch review, coordinating resources, timelines, and milestones to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in financial services, marketing experience, excellent English, and a structured mindset focused on SOP development, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage campaign initiatives from scoping and requirements gathering through planning, resource coordination, execution, QA, iteration, and post-launch review.
• Ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
• Collect stakeholder feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for campaign decisions and business objectives.
• Compile data from campaigns and client interactions to produce insights guiding strategic decisions.
• Track project status, maintain plans, provide updates to stakeholders, and document lessons learned.
• Evaluate SOPs and project workflows; identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance quality.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage campaign initiatives from project scoping and requirements gathering through planning, resource coordination, execution, quality assurance, iteration, and post-launch performance review.
• Ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
• Collect ongoing feedback from stakeholders and translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform campaign decisions, improve project effectiveness, and support business objectives.
• Compile data from campaigns, client interactions, and internal feedback loops to produce meaningful insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Track project status, maintain project plans, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and document lessons learned to improve future processes.
• Evaluate existing standard operating procedures and project workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps. Recommend and implement improvements to streamline operations, enhance team collaboration, and increase the quality and consistency of deliverables.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Great interest in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience or strong foundational skills in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; working proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded, and other additional European language skills are advantageous.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong professional interest in project management, specifically in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), tracking project life cycles, and driving process optimization.
• A highly structured thinker who naturally plans ahead, anticipates potential issues, and establishes a clear roadmap before executing a project.
• Strong communication skills and an excellent team player.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
