LTH Group Asia is seeking a talented and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Risk Consulting division. This is a full-time position based in Kajang, Selangor, offering an excellent opportunity to launch your career within the Insurance & Superannuation sector. As a Management Trainee, you will be at the beginning of a structured development programme designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to progress into management roles within our organisation. This role is integral to identifying and nurturing the next generation of leaders at LTH Group Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting risk consulting projects by conducting research, data analysis and client engagement under the guidance of senior consultants
• Assisting in the development of risk assessment reports and recommendations for clients across the insurance and superannuation sectors
• Participating in client meetings and presentations to understand business requirements and risk landscapes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and enhance service delivery
• Contributing to the preparation of proposals and business development initiatives
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships through professional communication and follow-up activities
• Engaging in continuous learning through formal training programmes, mentoring and on-the-job experience
• Supporting compliance and quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet company standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Keen interest in the insurance, risk management or superannuation sectors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn industry-specific software
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive approach to professional development and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Preferred: Relevant internship experience, risk management certifications or prior exposure to consulting environments
