Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a recognised university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Interest in insurance, risk management or superannuation sectors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry software.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support risk consulting projects with research, data analysis and client engagement under senior guidance.
• Assist in developing risk assessment reports and client recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand business requirements and risk landscapes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and service delivery enhancements.
• Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
