Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Assistant Marcom & Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing communications for the mall, driving occupancy and rental income while building tenant partnerships.

Based in Sri Petaling, you will oversee end-to-end leasing processes, manage budgets, and deliver monthly leasing and tenant performance reports to senior management. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years’ relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, or retail marketing with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in lease negotiation, tenant acquisition and achieving occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement leasing strategies to maximise rental income and target occupancy.
• Lead market research to identify retail trends, rental rates, and optimal tenant mix.
• Manage leasing enquiries, secure appointments, and drive end-to-end tenant acquisition.
• Lead lease negotiations for new leases, renewals, and tenancy agreements.
