Private Advertiser is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Heavy Equipment) to lead mechanics and workers in daily maintenance, repair and servicing activities at workshop or customer sites.

You will ensure equipment remains in good working condition, coordinate breakdown handling, provide training, monitor spare parts, and submit service reports and relevant documentation. Willing to travel and work overtime as required.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years in equipment maintenance or heavy machinery.
• Experience supervising mechanics is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Willing to travel to client sites and work overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise mechanics and workers in daily maintenance, repair and servicing.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and kept in good condition.
• Coordinate breakdown handling at customer sites and deployment.
• Inspect equipment at workshop or site.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
• Monitor spare parts stock and tool maintenance.
• Submit service reports and other documentation.
• Report incidents to Management and arrange overtime as needed.
• Assist in training new mechanics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (HEAVY EQUIPMENT)

Lead and supervise mechanics and workers in carrying out daily equipment maintenance, repair and servicing activities.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, repaired and kept in good working condition in accordance with the required standards.

Coordinate and assist in handling equipment breakdowns at customer sites, as well as equipment delivery and deployment arrangements.

Carry out equipment inspections, maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting at the workshop or customer sites.

Provide technical guidance and training to customers on equipment operation when required.

Monitor spare parts stock and usage, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and kept in good condition.

Conduct incoming and outgoing equipment quality inspections to ensure all equipment is in good condition and safe for operation.

Prepare and ensure proper submission of service reports, delivery reports, damage reports and other relevant documentation.

Report and coordinate any incidents or accidents to the Management.

Follow up on service issues, equipment breakdowns and equipment damage claims.

Arrange overtime and manpower requirements in cases of urgent work or operational needs.

Assist in training and providing guidance to new mechanics.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in equipment maintenance, heavy machinery, mechanical or related fields.

Experience in supervising mechanics and workers will be an added advantage.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage and supervise a team effectively.

Willing to travel to customer sites and attend emergency breakdowns when required.

Willing to work overtime based on operational requirements.

Good communication and reporting skills.
