Job summary

Little Planet Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance function at our Tioman Island facility in Pahang. You will lead a team of technicians, optimise maintenance strategies and drive cost-effective, safe operations to maximise equipment uptime.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting and leadership skills, with extensive experience in CMMS and reliability-centered approaches.

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance management within industrial/operational environments.
Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams.
Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and asset management.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance across all equipment.
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, including training and performance reviews.
Develop maintenance strategies to maximise uptime and asset life.
Manage budgets, track costs and identify efficiency improvements.
Conduct equipment inspections, diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
Maintain detailed maintenance records and KPI reporting to senior management.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors for parts and services.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce operational risk and improve maintenance effectiveness.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies to restore operations.
