Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• Over 3 years of experience in utility or power facility maintenance
• Experience with central air conditioning units, air compressors, chiller systems, and power distribution
• Proficient in Office software and CAD drafting tools
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Strong integrity, proactive attitude, and team player

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for all utility equipment to ensure system reliability

Job description

By implementing a scientific and professional utility management system, this role maintains the power and environmental foundation required for sustained and stable production, thereby directly upholding the plant's safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The engineer executes preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs to ensure continuous and stable production, managing utility systems (e.g., HVAC, air compression, power distribution) to guarantee safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans (including regular servicing, inspections, and patrols) for all utility equipment to ensure system reliability and longevity

Lead emergency response and repair activities for equipment breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis, and continuously optimize maintenance strategies to improve equipment efficiency

Establish and maintain equipment calibration systems and records to ensure compliance with standards; manage special equipment and safety accessories to guarantee their regulatory compliance

Oversee the maintenance and management of safety, fire protection, and environmental facilities, organizing corrective actions for issues identified during inspections to maintain a safe working environment

Manage spare parts inventory, control procurement processes and quality, and participate in developing the annual consumption budget to balance cost with operational needs

About you

Associate degree or higher in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

Over 3 years of experience in utility or power facility maintenance, with familiarity in managing and maintaining central air conditioning units, air compressors, chiller systems, power distribution systems, and fire protection facilities

Proficient in using Office software and CAD drafting tools

Knowledgeable in automation equipment principles, capable of independently reading electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings

Possess basic data analysis skills, able to assess equipment operational status through reports

Integrity, honesty, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and logical thinking ability

Hands-on capability, meticulous and thorough in work

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit
