Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water distribution, drainage systems, pumps, and sanitary fittings.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and troubleshooting building-related issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and building maintenance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sanitary, and sewage systems.
• Respond promptly to plumbing-related issues such as leaks, blockages, water pressure problems, and equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct regular inspections of pumps, valves, water tanks, piping systems, and sanitary fixtures.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major plumbing works when required.
• Perform routine inspections of building facilities and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for building components, including walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, and fixtures.
• Monitor utility consumption and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal departments to minimize disruptions.

• Monitor utility consumption and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal departments to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance projects and repairs.
• Supervise contractors on-site to ensure work quality and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in obtaining quotations and evaluating service providers.
