White Heron Pharmaceutical seeks a Maintenance Engineer to join its pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Malaysia. The role focuses on setting up equipment, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and supporting repairs to ensure smooth production operations.

Maintenance Engineer (Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing)

White Heron Pharmaceutical is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our client. We are seeking a driven and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team and contribute to our success in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up machine, troubleshooting, assembling and dismantling machine.
• Conduct and/or monitor the carrying out of preventive maintenance
• Assist in machine repair and major maintenance.
• Maintain records of machine repairing and maintenance.
• Assist in equipment validation (installation qualification, operation qualification and process qualification).
• Review and update SOPs and work instruction relating to machine operations/maintenance
• Conduct training and refresher trainings (operations, maintenance) on operators and Production members
• Support Production Manager in daily operation tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any field of Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in machinery operation.
• Capable of handling administrative tasks (records and documentation).
