Job summary

Vivo Raiser Sdn. Bhd. (Shijiru Sdn. Bhd.) seeks a skilled maintenance technician to repair and maintain machinery on site, in factory and production areas, and to service company vehicles.

You will monitor performance and plan preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include reporting breakdowns, developing action plans, managing parts inventory, and assisting sourcing of spare parts.

Qualifications

• Must have SPM qualification.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background.
• Able to read, write, and prepare computer reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can communicate in Bahasa or English.
• Must be able to travel and possess a driving license.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of machinery on site, in factory and production areas.
• Repair and maintenance of company vehicles.
• Monitor machinery performance and plan preventive and scheduled maintenance.
• Report and analyse breakdowns and develop action plans.
• Maintain adequate parts inventory and ex-stock ordering of essential items.
• Document machines and parts for reference.
• Assist purchaser in spare parts sourcing.
• Carry out stock-taking activities as scheduled.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

Job description

To repair and maintenance of machinery in site, factory & production

To repair and maintenance of company vehicle

To monitor all machineries performance and plan and carry out preventive and schedule maintenance.

Report and analyze breakdown and develop action plan.

Maintain adequate parts inventory and ex-stock ordering essential items as needed.

Document all the machines and parts as for reference

Assist purchaser in spare part sourcing.

Responsible to carry out stock take activities as per schedule.

Perform ad-hoc duties whenever assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirement

Must have SPM qualification.

Able to write simple report for day-to-day operation.

Can communicate in bahasa or English

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Possessed strong mechanical and electrical background.

Can read, write, and do paperwork / computer report.

Able to travel when require.

Possess driving license
