Schlumberger Limited in Malaysia seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to operate milling and turning machines in Port Dickson. You will interpret drawings, set up fixtures and tools, and follow routing to produce parts to GD&T specs.

The role requires a Diploma/Trade Certificate in Metal or Precision Engineering and at least 3 years hands-on CNC experience. You will uphold HSSE standards, maintain clean workplaces, and report daily activities using MII Systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawing and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
• Execute the machining operation as per routing
• Machine the part as per engineering drawing
• Operate CNC machine
• Monitor machining parameter and feedback to programmer if necessary
• Perform fixture, tool and part set up
• Maintain the good housekeeping at workplace
• Report all daily activities via MII Systems
• Wearing required PPE while doing the work
• Comply to all HSSE requirement
• Provide assistance to superior whenever required
• Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies
• To adhere to all company and legal requirement as per Johor-WI-A03-Roles, Responsibilities, Accountability and Authority (HSSE) document

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years hand on experience in operating CNC milling/turning machine

Education:

• Diploma/Trade Certificate in Metal or Precision Engineering
