Job summary

SLB in Johor, Iskandar Puteri, seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to operate milling and turning machines and to read engineering drawings for precise parts production.

You will set up fixtures, monitor process parameters, perform in-process and final inspections, and ensure compliance with HSSE policies and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or trade certificate in metal or precision engineering.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience operating CNC milling/turning machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T concepts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Execute machining operations per routing.
• Machine parts per drawings and routing.
• Operate CNC milling/turning machines.
• Monitor machining parameters and report to programmer as needed.
• Perform dimension inspection.
• Set up fixtures, tools and parts.
• Maintain good housekeeping at the workplace.
• Report daily activities via MII Systems.
• Wear required PPE and comply with HSSE policies.
• Adhere to Johor-WI roles and responsibilities document.

• Provide assistance to superior whenever required
• Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies
• To adhere to all company and legal requirement as per Johor-WI-A03-Roles, Responsibilities, Accountability and Authority (HSSE) document
