Job summary

Sunrise Recruit (CP4U) currently seeks a skilled grinder operator to run automatic surface and profile grinding machines with precision tolerances. You will select and dress wheels, manage tool changes, and fine-tune machine settings to ensure optimal output in a metal stamping environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with die setting and die maintenance, plus the ability to troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance, and uphold a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automatic surface and profile grinding machines.
• Ability to select and dress grinding wheels.
• Experience in die setting and die maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot machines and perform routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate automatic surface and profile grinding machines to achieve ultra-tight tolerances (+/- 0.003 mm).
• Select and dress grinding wheels, handle tool changes, and adjust machine settings.
• Responsible for die setting, die maintenance, and managing metal stamping production output.
• Perform machine troubleshooting, execute routine maintenance, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.

Working hours: Mon-Thu & Sat: Morning Shift: 8am - 5pm, Afternoon Shift: 1pm - 10pm; Friday: Morning Shift: 8am - 5:30pm, Afternoon Shift: 2pm - 11pm
