Job summary

SANTAK PRECISION METAL PARTS SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled Centerless Grinding Technician to join our Iskandar Puteri, Johor team.

You will operate and maintain centerless grinding machines to produce high-precision metal parts for our diverse customer base. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong ability to read drawings, and proficiency with precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Centerless Grinding Technician or similar role in precision manufacturing.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and specs.
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances.

About the role

SANTAK PRECISION METAL PARTS SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Centerless Grinding (CG) Technician to join our team in Iskandar Puteri Johor. This full-time role is responsible for operating and maintaining centerless grinding machines to produce high-precision metal parts for our diverse range of customers.

What you'll be doing

Set up and operate centerless grinding machines to manufacture metal components to precise specifications

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output and quality

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on centerless grinding machines

Supervise subordinate's operators in the department

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Centerless Grinding Technician or a similar role in a precision manufacturing environment

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure tight tolerances
