Job summary

Rely Metals Sdn Bhd is seeking a Process Engineer to organize new product meetings, define production processes for new products, and prepare final process documentation. You will maintain mass-production processes while continually optimizing and improving production efficiency.

You will establish process inspection standards, work with Quality and inspection teams, and review performance regularly. The role requires familiarity with machining processes and participation in root-cause analyses

Responsibilities

• Organize new product meetings, determine the production process for new products, and complete the preparation of the final process documentation.
• Maintain the processes for mass-production products and continuously improve and optimize production processes.
• Establish process inspection standards, provide requirements to the Quality Department and production inspection teams, and conduct regular reviews.
• Learn and familiar with the machining processes applicable to all machining products provided by the company.
• Participate in and assist with root-cause analysis and process improvement when abnormalities or production issues occur.
• Responsible for technical information security, intellectual property management, and standardization management.
• Responsible for new finished products and semi-finished products drawing.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Technical & Quality Director and Machining Operations Director.
