Job summary

K3 Advisory Group, a UK professional services group, seeks an experienced model owner to govern the AI Intelligence Layer. You will own the data foundations, schema, ML models and the middleware linking to Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, explainability and governance for every use case.

You'll work across regulatory-aligned environments, delivering validated outputs with confidence scores and reason codes, and shepherd changes through formal governance boards while balancing innovation with

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of supervised ML models in production with rules engines.
• Ability to defend model accuracy to governance committees.
• Experience in regulated environments and data protection.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce) and data APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the ICP Profile Schema identity/firmographic/financial layers.
• Build and recalibrate supervised ML models with documented thresholds.
• Own middleware linking the ICP Profile Schema to Salesforce (CRM) and Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure outputs carry confidence scores and reason codes per governance.
