Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Software Architect – Microsoft 365 Migration to design and deliver robust migration solutions for enterprise clients.

You will lead end-to-end migrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant and scalable implementations, and mentor architects and teams on M365 migration methodologies, onsite in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Based in Malaysia or open to expatriates in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration solutions including Exchange Online.
• Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to define migration requirements.
• Develop migration strategies, wave plans, and post-migration support models.
• Create effort estimates, solution plans, and migration roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and operational readiness.
• Evaluate tools and automation approaches to accelerate delivery and minimize disruption.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across migration programmes.
• Mentor solution architects and migration teams on M365 migration methodologies.
• Support client adoption and change management post-migration.

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect – Microsoft 365 Migration to design and deliver robust migration solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration solutions, covering Exchange Online and related services.
• Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions to assess current environments and define migration requirements.
• Develop migration strategies, wave plans, coexistence approaches, and post-migration support models.
• Create effort estimates, solution plans, cost models, and migration roadmaps to support client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, security, compliance, and operational readiness throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend migration tools, automation approaches, and best practices to accelerate delivery and minimise business disruption.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across migration programmes, ensuring solution quality and scalability.
• Mentor and guide solution architects, migration consultants, and technical teams on Microsoft 365 migration methodologies and architecture principles.
• Support client adoption and change management initiatives post-migration.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
• Open to Malaysians and expatriates currently based in Malaysia
• Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible expatriate candidates currently based in Malaysia
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 Migration Architecture
• Expert proficiency in Migration Assessment, Planning, and Execution
• Expert proficiency in Solution Design, Costing, and Estimation
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise migration and workplace modernization programmes
