Job summary

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic & Electrical Engineering is required.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
• Results oriented with good follow up and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running and control of the production department in achieving maximum quality and productivity for all production lines.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the machine and equipment of production line.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of gloves produced meet customers’ requirements at all times.
• Ensure all maintenance works and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
• Order necessary equipment/spare parts and maintain optimum inventory.
• Coordinate and manage workers to perform jobs according to the down line schedule and preventive maintenance programs.
