Job summary

Ageson Kensetsu Sdn. Bhd. is offering a Mechanical & Electrical Engineering internship to develop hands-on project site skills.

You will assist the M&E team with coordinating and monitoring works, attend site meetings, and help document progress and safety compliance. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in ME, EE, or related fields, with basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in ME, EE, M&E or related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a construction/site environment.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist the M&E team in coordinating and monitoring mechanical and electrical works at the project site.
• Assist in site inspections and monitoring progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Assist engineers and supervisors in reviewing M&E drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Support the preparation and updating of M&E reports, progress records, checklists, and other project documentation.
• Assist in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams on M&E-related matters.
• Assist in monitoring the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Attend site meetings and assist in recording M&E-related updates and action items.
• Assist with measurements, site observations, and verification of completed M&E works.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company requirements.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the M&E Engineer or Supervisor.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to learn and work in a construction/site environment.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work well with the project team.

Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
