Raiden M & E Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled M&E Engineer / Senior Engineer to join our team in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and implementation of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems in our construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage high‑impact projects while ensuring the delivery of quality M&E solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee the installation of M&E systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ELV system and fire protection.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Review M&E design drawings and specifications, providing technical input where necessary.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely completion of M&E works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on‑site technical issues related to M&E systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in M&E engineering, with senior positions requiring more experience.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, standards, and building codes (UBBL, MS IEC, etc.).
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Senior Engineer roles require team management experience and the ability to lead multiple projects.
