Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Manager with substantial data center project experience to lead Banting, Selangor construction initiatives. You will manage from government approval to handover, overseeing design, M&E systems, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality.

Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera P6 is expected, along with strong communication and multilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Project Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager; data center projects is a plus.
• Familiar with M&E design/construction processes; proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6.
• Experienced in M&E project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, change control and risk management.
• Responsible, hardworking, and resilient with strong communication skills; able to communicate fluently in multiple languages and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Comply with national/regional policies, laws, and company rules; safeguard the company and employees' rights.
• Take full control of construction projects from government approval to handover, managing the entire lifecycle.
• Participate in construction progress meetings, steer discussions, and optimize project timelines.
• Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, acceptance, and handover of M&E systems to ensure timely delivery.
• Organize manpower, finances, and materials at site; coordinate subcontractors and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain coordination with internal departments and assist with inspections and project assessments.
• Prepare acceptance plans, review completion records, and coordinate project settlements with related departments.
