Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management is seeking a Lead MEP Project Manager based in Banting, Selangor, Malaysia. The role focuses on leading and delivering MEP projects from planning to closeout, with emphasis on data centres or mission-critical facilities.

You will develop scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategies while coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams. A strong track record in MEP systems and hands-on project delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in project management for Data Centres or Mission-Critical Facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction project management.
• Hands-on experience managing projects from construction through testing & commissioning and handover.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved.
• Manage construction activities, including installation, testing & commissioning, handover, and project closeout.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical solutions to support project delivery.
• Prepare project documentation, proposals, and procurement requirements.
