Job summary

GSN Solution is seeking an M&E Drafter to produce detailed CAD/BIM drawings and support engineers through design, construction, and documentation phases. The role involves coordinating M&E drawings with other disciplines and ensuring compliance with project requirements and local regulations.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field, with 1–5 years of M&E drafting experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical drafting concepts.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise mechanical and electrical drawings using CAD/BIM software.
• Produce detailed layouts, schematic diagrams, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate M&E drawings with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and company drafting standards.
• Assist engineers in translating calculations into technical drawings.
• Review and update drawings based on site conditions and client comments.
