Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to develop and maintain BIM models for M&E systems, including HVAC/ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. You will produce detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using BIM software.

Responsibilities include clash detection, coordination with other disciplines, ensuring BEP compliance, and updating models with design changes. Data centers and industrial facilities experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of M&E systems in mission-critical/industrial environments.
• Familiar with BIM standards, LOD requirements and coordination workflows.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across多-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for M&E systems (HVAC/ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection).
• Produce 3D models, shop drawings and as-built drawings using BIM software.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural, structural and civil disciplines.
• Ensure models comply with BEP, project standards and specifications.
• Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Update models based on design changes and site requirements.
• Support quantity take-offs and generate technical documentation from BIM models.
