Job summary

PwC in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Manager in Deals Strategy & Operations to help clients unlock value from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will work with a team, guiding strategy to execution and delivering data-driven insights across sectors including Healthcare, Tech, Financial Services, Education and Logistics.

The role focuses on project delivery, mentoring, and collaboration with Directors and Partners in a fast-growing advisory practice.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, banking strategy, or corporate strategy.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to present to C-suite audiences.
• Strategic thinker with drive, willingness to win and deliver high-quality client work.
• Excellent written communications across diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients reporting to Directors and Partners.
• Lead business development and proposal strategy for new/existing clients.
• Oversee multiple projects from planning to delivery within budget and timelines.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Contribute to growing the practice through recruitment and profile-building.
• Strengthen internal PwC relationships and brand.
