Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a Watch Sales Specialist to join our onboard cruise retail teams, selling premium and Swiss watches to guests worldwide. You will build relationships, deliver a premium guest experience, and guide guests through high-value purchases with expertise and care.

Role involves living and working at sea, supporting events, and maintaining exceptional product presentation with a strong commercial instinct. Competitive salary with up to 6% commission and accommodation provided onboard.

Qualifications

Proven experience selling luxury watches.
Strong knowledge of premium or Swiss watch brands.
Experience guiding customers through high-value or considered purchases.
Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
Welcome guests, assess needs, and recommend pieces aligned with style and occasion.
Demonstrate brands, explain features and value, invite handling and try-ons.
Guide guests through decision-making, balance conversation with appropriate space.
Support onboard events, presentations and promotions to generate interest and leads.
Maintain product presentation, assist with stock and compliance, share knowledge with team.
Build trust and manage guest relationships for significant purchases.
