Job summary

Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join onboard cruise ship retail teams worldwide. You will drive premium watch sales, build relationships with guests and guide them through high-value purchases with product knowledge and care.

You will live and work onboard, enjoy a close-knit team, and have opportunities to engage guests across itineraries, events and promotions while earning commission on premium sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands
• Experience guiding customers through high-value purchases
• Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Confident presenting products to guests
• Fluency in English; extra languages are a plus
• Able to adapt to life at sea and a flexible team player

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the boutique and assess their needs for premium watches
• Recommend pieces that match guest style, occasion or collection
• Explain features, value and ownership to guests and guide them toward a purchase
• Host product presentations, events and promotions to generate interest and leads
• Maintain product presentation, stock and compliance, and share knowledge with the team
• Support other boutique activities and help guests travel confidently through the buying journey
