Job summary

TUMI Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated fashion luxury retail associate to help drive store sales and deliver exceptional service. You will contribute to inventory accuracy, assist in reporting, and uphold the prestige of the TUMI brand while working closely with a collaborative team.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in fashion or luxury retail, fluent English and Bahasa, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
• Good PC skills (MS Office, POS).

Responsibilities

• Hit individual sales and store targets.
• Execute sales strategies and actions defined by managers.
• Maintain discount control and handle stock and cash reconciliation.
• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Support store operations and ad hoc tasks as required.
