Job summary

The role focuses on developing selling and clienteling skills, tracking progress via coaching logs, and coordinating with regional learning managers to implement onboarding and training calendars for a luxury brand environment.

• Monitor and coach on client experience and selling skills, updating training materials.
• Collaborate with store leaders to schedule onboarding and training activities.
