Job summary

Private Advertiser invites a diligent Household Supervisor to oversee operations at a private residence in Malaysia. You will supervise staff, coordinate housekeeping, and manage maintenance and kitchen affairs to uphold a high standard of living.

The role requires minimum 5 years of experience in private household management or luxury hospitality, with 2–3 years supervisory exposure. Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private household management.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or villa operations is preferred.
• Supervisory experience of 2–3 years is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and staff scheduling.
• Able to communicate effectively with employer and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations across the residence and maintain high standards.
• Supervise domestic helpers, cleaners, gardeners, and other staff, including rosters and attendance.
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and service providers.
• Manage meals, groceries, kitchen hygiene and basic cooking when required.
• Monitor household supplies and record basic expenditures.
• Coordinate guest hospitality, visitors and family events.
• Provide regular reports on operations, staffing, maintenance and expenses.
• Maintain confidentiality concerning employer and residence.
