Job summary

You will work closely with the design team, clients and consultants to develop meaningful, commercially viable interiors, leading presentations, selecting materials and guiding construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• 5+ years of interior design experience.
• Strong conceptual and creative design ability with excellent presentation skills.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, detailing, construction and buildability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; 3D Studio Max rendering skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design direction and creative development from concept to completion.
• Develop design concepts responding to client brief, brand, budget and objectives.
• Prepare and lead design presentations with concept boards, materials, layouts and 3D visuals.
• Present and communicate design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage design development and ensure timely delivery to quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, materials, shop drawings, and site works to maintain design intent.
