Coach is seeking a Store Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold Coach's luxury standards. You will coach a diverse team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention to reflect the brand’s heritage.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background is a plus.
• A passion for leading people and building strong, motivated teams.
• A deep commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on results and operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with retail systems like labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition; curiosity for digital engagement and social media.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to build vendor/community relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

• Communicate effectively with your team, peers, and corporate partners to align on goals and initiatives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Coach in the store and throughout the community.
