Job summary

The role involves managing inquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and inquiry forms; coordinating between stakeholders; attending meetings and site visits; and supporting on-site event coordination, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or Communications is an advantage.
• 1–3 years in client servicing, event coordination, or project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional, presentable, and client-focused attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and messaging platforms.
• Experience in events, wedding, hospitality, or creative industries preferred.
• Own transportation and ability to travel for meetings/events on time.

Responsibilities

• Client Servicing & Relationship Management with clients, planners, venues, designers, and production teams.
• Respond to inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and website forms; be primary contact.
• Provide timely follow-ups, updates, and support to ensure client experience.
• Coordinate communication among all stakeholders; align requirements and timelines.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions; take meeting notes.
• Host meetings, maintain records, schedules, and documentation.
• Assist with quotation preparation, project tracking, and admin processes.
• Support on-site coordination during event setup and execution; weekend availability.
