Luxera Car Rental Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking responsible, outgoing drivers to join our luxury transportation team. A great chauffeur does more than drive; you will create a comfortable and memorable guest experience.

You should enjoy travelling, know local attractions, and communicate confidently with guests. Mandarin fluency and basic English are required, along with a valid driving licence and clean record.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel across Malaysia and overnight stays when needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comfortable chauffeur services using luxury MPVs.
• Handle airport transfers, private charters and business trips.
• Assist with long-distance and interstate trips, including overnight stays.
• Communicate confidently with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Recommend local attractions and dining options.
• Research travel routes and itineraries using online sources.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and passenger comfort.
• Coordinate bookings and schedules with the operations team.

We are looking for responsible, outgoing and enthusiastic drivers to join our luxury transportation and travel team.

At LUXERA, we believe a great chauffeur does more than just drive. We are looking for someone who enjoys travelling, loves discovering interesting places and knows how to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable and professional chauffeur services using luxury MPVs, including Toyota Alphard, Vellfire and Lexus LM.
• Handle airport transfers, private charters, business trips and sightseeing journeys.
• Be prepared for long-distance and interstate assignments, including occasional overnight trips when required.
• Communicate confidently with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Recommend local attractions, restaurants, hidden gems and interesting places to visit.
• Research travel destinations, routes and itineraries using Google, social media and other online resources.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, presentation and overall passenger comfort.
• Coordinate effectively with the operations team regarding bookings, schedules and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Responsible, reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and possess basic conversational English.
• Possess a valid driving licence and a good driving record.
• Comfortable driving long distances and travelling between different states.
• Friendly, outgoing and confident when interacting with customers.
• Enjoys travelling, exploring new destinations and discovering local food and attractions.
• Resourceful and able to research travel guides, routes and recommendations independently.
• Familiar with navigation applications such as Google Maps and Waze.
• Able to adapt to flexible working schedules and changing customer requirements.
• Good problem-solving skills, patience and a positive working attitude.
• Previous chauffeur, tourism or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Applicants from other states are warmly welcomed, provided they are willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
