Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21+ in some regions) and a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments and align missions with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home when possible.
• Observe ambiance, service quality and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback through our platform via quizzes and forms.
