Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, part of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, is seeking a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The role involves greeting guests, preparing and serving drinks, and supporting front-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Based at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, you will report to the Restaurant Manager and participate in training to uphold the hotel’s high standards and guest experience.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / within the Food & Beverage Department in Kuala Lumpur, the Bartender is responsible for greeting and serving our guests, prepare and serve drinks to guests and multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties in a fast-paced environment. The Bartender reports to the Restaurant Manager.

As Bartender, you will beresponsiblefor the following duties:

• Help to ensure the hotel’s high standards.

• To be able to make menu suggestions to guests.

• Attend all training sessions and courses, briefings and meetings as required.

• Make a significant and continuous effort to increase your professional knowledge to achieve the goals and objectives of the hotel and department.

• Actively support the hotel’s team culture, and help to achieve the hotel’s Vision, Mission, goals, and values.

• Show a positive, energetic, and caring attitude always towards guests and fellow colleagues.

As Bartender, weexpectfrom you:
