Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, part of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, is seeking a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The role involves greeting guests, preparing and serving drinks, and supporting front-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Based at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, you will report to the Restaurant Manager and participate in training to uphold the hotel’s high standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Quality Orientated and Creative.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving guests, preparing and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to ensure the hotel’s high standards.
• Make menu suggestions to guests.
• Attend all training sessions, briefings and meetings as required.
• Continuously develop professional knowledge to meet hotel and department goals.
• Support the hotel’s team culture and help achieve the hotel's vision and values.
• Maintain a positive, energetic and caring attitude towards guests and colleagues.
