Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team. You will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of linens, cleaning of guests’ garments, and supporting the smooth operation of the Laundry Department.

Key duties include sorting, washing, ironing, folding, and maintaining equipment, while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry operations or hospitality is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and fabric care.
• Ability to operate washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and quality.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs/27 kg.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Right to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Sorts linens by category and prepares items for washing and ironing.
• Operates and maintains washing, drying, ironing equipment; ensures safe usage.
• Folds, stores, and arranges clean linens and uniforms.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Works cooperatively with teammates and supervisors.
