Job summary

Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas is seeking a Kids Club & Recreation Manager to lead the design and delivery of engaging activities for children aged 4–12, within a luxury, safe environment.

You will oversee Kids Club operations, recreation facilities, and guest experiences, ensuring VIP service, brand standards, and staff development across the resort. This role emphasizes safety, creativity, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Kids Club Management: Lead and manage all Kids Club operations, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
• Recreation Operations: Oversee all resort recreational facilities and activities, including pools, watersports, fitness, and family programs.
• Guest Experience Excellence: Create memorable guest experiences, interact with guests, handle concerns, and tailor VIP experiences.
• Health, Safety & Child Protection: Maintain safety standards, procedures, and emergency readiness; ensure child welfare.
• Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, roster, coach, and develop Kids Club and Recreation team members.
