Job summary

IN-N-OUT PLANTATION MANAGEMENT SENDIRIAN BERHAD is seeking a hands-on maintenance and transport support role in Malaysia. The position involves carrying out basic repairs and preventative maintenance on fleet while in transit, securing loads, and ensuring compliance with vehicle regulations and company policies.

You will inspect vehicles, load/unload goods properly, and coordinate multiple deliveries within a day, while performing routine workshop services on schedule and handling ad-hoc tasks

Responsibilities

• Performing basic repairs and maintenance in the event of accident or breakdown while in transit
• Safely securing heavy loads and large goods for transport
• Inspect vehicles for technical and safety issues to perform preventative maintenance
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations and parking) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Load and unload goods in a proper manner
• Organising multiple drop-offs and deliveries in each working day
• Ensure routine service at workshop are complete according to schedule
• Any other Ad-hoc duties given by superior from time to time
