Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an organized storekeeper assistant to manage daily delivery arrangements and ensure accuracy of items, quantities and packing sizes. You will support the store area housekeeping and assist the Storekeeper in loading and unloading containers as needed.

The role emphasizes FIFO compliance, documentation for deliveries, and participation in monthly stock taking. This position requires teamwork in a busy warehouse in Selangor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Arrange daily delivery per orders received.
• Ensure deliveries have all required documents.
• Verify items, quantities and packing sizes.
• Assist monthly stock taking process.
• Support Storekeeper with housekeeping in store area.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers when necessary.
• Deliver finished goods under FIFO.
• Maintain FIFO for daily deliveries.
• Reconcile deliveries with paperwork.

To ensure all deliveries are supported by relevant documents.

To ensure the correct items, quantity and packing size are delivered.

To assist in monthly stock taking process.

To assist the Storekeeper in maintaining an adequate standard of housekeeping at the store area.

To assist the Storekeeper in loading and unloading of containers, when necessary.

To ensure that the finished goods are delivered according to First In First Out (FIFO) system.
