Job summary

IN-N-OUT PLANTATION MANAGEMENT SENDIRIAN BERHAD in Rawang, Selangor, is seeking an experienced heavy vehicle driver to join our operations. The role requires reliable, safety-minded individuals to manage deliveries and maintain trucks.

You will perform basic vehicle maintenance, secure loads, plan routes, and support ad-hoc tasks as required. Minimum 2-3 years of 20-ton lorry driving and a valid Class E license are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of 20 ton lorry driving experience.
• Valid Class E driving license is required.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Good attitude, disciplined and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance in case of accident or breakdown while in transit.
• Safely secure heavy loads and large goods for transport.
• Inspect vehicles for technical and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Comply with truck driving rules, route designations, parking and company policies.
• Report defects, accidents or violations.
• Load and unload goods in a proper manner.
• Organise multiple drop-offs and deliveries in each working day.
• Ensure routine service at workshop is completed according to schedule.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
