Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor or higher in warehouse management or supply chain in logistics.
• Proficient in Malay; good written and spoken English for communication with foreign colleagues.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with external customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement warehousing and logistics projects, developing project plans and workflows by comprehensively considering efficiency, cost, quality, manpower and other factors, and organizing execution and rollout.
• Systematically optimize and improve manufacturing logistics business across the full process, enhancing overall operational performance and management capability of logistics operations.
• Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
• Organize regular meetings with customers covering operational and commercial topics.
• Compile, update and maintain project SOPs.
