JS HOME LIVING SDN. BHD. seeks a dedicated Warehouse Operation professional in Pekan Nanas, Johor.

This full-time role oversees daily warehouse activities, inventory control, logistics coordination and compliance with safety standards to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. The candidate should have experience in warehouse operations, proficiency with WMS, strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule deliveries and ensure timely shipment of products.
• Oversee warehouse staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness and proper storage practices to optimise space.
• Operate warehouse management systems and other software to track inventory and generate reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures to reduce costs.
• Handle documentation including delivery notes, purchase orders and warehouse records.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Manage supplier relationships and liaise with external partners to resolve operational issues.
